Alright it’s time to rate the movie. A quick rundown of how we rate movies. We use multiple categories and rate them from 1 to 5 where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest. We’ll kick things off with the Action category. Black Adam is a man of few words, so he lets his fists do the talking. This film captures the dark and action-packed scenes resembling those straight out of the comics so we give it a 4 out of 5. Now we’ll talk about the Suspense category. This film has moments that will have you on the edge of your seat and leave you wanting more. Not to mention it has a very good surprise for DC fans. We rate it 3 out of 5. Finally, we’ll talk about the Comedy category. No modern superhero is complete without humor and Black Adam has some great moments. Witty lines and good comedic timing. We thought it was pretty good, we give it a 3 ½ of 5.
Alright guys we’re going to finish things off with our personal and critical scores. We grade the scores using alphabetical system where A+ is entertaining and D- is boring.
Our personal score is Black Adam feels like a step in the right direction for the DCU. With this film being refreshing from recent superhero films not being focused on
humor and family adventure but darker more serious themes. We really enjoyed
the film personally so it’s a B+ for us. Next, we will give our critical score. We felt that the film had more thought put into it since heading in the right direction. Though we wish that some of the supporting characters in the film had more significance and better interactions. Still, we don’t have much to complain about for this film we
critically give it a B. Parents keep in mind when taking the family to the theaters that this film is Pg13 for violence and mild gore. That’s our review of Black Adam. Thanks
for reading.
